Data deletion

Sibco Social Scheduler stores connection tokens and the posts you schedule. This page explains how to remove that data. Contact: abuse@sibcocreative.com.

Remove the app in Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Remove Sibco Social Scheduler. Meta then sends a signed deletion request to this app. We delete the stored Facebook Page and Instagram tokens that belong to that Facebook user and return a confirmation code. Open the confirmation link to see that the request was received.

What the Meta callback deletes

The callback removes access tokens, refresh tokens, and user tokens for the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts linked to that Facebook user, and marks those connections disconnected. It does not remove LinkedIn or Google connections. Those are separate sign-ins.

Email a request

To delete scheduled posts, uploaded images, or a LinkedIn or Google connection, email abuse@sibcocreative.com from the address you use with Sibco. Include the page or location name. We delete the stored tokens and the posts you identify.

Inside the app

Signed-in staff can disconnect a destination from Accounts. Disconnecting clears that destination’s tokens immediately. Deleting a post removes its caption, schedule, and images.
